	I am a retired American (from Florida) living in Thailand for 8 years with a Retirement Visa. I am looking for a Khon Kaen house at least 2 bedroom with 1 - 2 air conditioners and European toilet and kitchen? I seek a 6 or 12 month lease… probably will stay 2-3 years. Will the house you advertised last year in the local forum be available again soon? If not, do you know of any other houses for rent in that area? Jack Agnew 084-946-2823

	Two of my friends from skandinavia are coming to khon kaen for all may month, they have requested me to find them a suitble 2 bedroom house that is fully furnished to rent for all of may monh.. I have looked on the web, found a few houses, but those houses were not up to standards... If any one knows of an good house in which they can rent..it would be great to know...price range is pretty open..

	It is VERY unlikely that your friends will be able to rent a home for only 1 month. Usually, a minimum 6 month lease is required. There are serviced apartments that rent month to month, but even most apartments require a 3 month lease. I'll PM you if I hear of anytghing that may work, but I think the chances are minimal.
