I have heard that the soi that passes the Pullman is to be a 'No Alcohol' zone (was it last year?) and will booze be sold after 6pm. Does this effect  Erics, Leos, Blue Bar, My Bar, Chilled Bar and  Rockys

The Soi has never been 'dry'over my last 6 Songkrans, and as the Soi has certain influential Thai people
who make vast profits selling alcohol over the festival period, I doubt if it will be the case this year.
