The website had a popular forum in the early to mid 2000s. At that time, the site was statically created and maintained. The forum lost popularity, and a major update was needed to the site. Busy schedules, international moves, and issues bringing an easily maintained and working website online presented challenges.
There are no plans to implement any translation plugins or systems into the website. Most web pages can be translated into any language directly through the web browser. Instructions for translating web pages via the browser can be found by doing a quick online search.
Directory Listings
KhonKaen.com may ask a listing owner if a “KhonKaen.com Recommended” badge can be included on their listing if we have visited their establishment or used their service, and had a great experience. Not having a “KhonKaen.com Recommended” badge doesn’t mean the business or location does not provide a great service, it just means we have not visited.
It normally takes 6 hours for the map cache to clear, be patient and the system will catch up to your changes.

There is no cost to submit a listing into the KhonKaen.com directory, and there are no plans to ever charge a fee for a basic listing. At some point in the future, KhonKaen.com may place an advertisement at the top or bottom of a listing, but this has not yet been decided.
New listings need to be reviewed for content and approved by KhonKaen.com before they are posted to the website. Please be patient, while this normally is done as soon as possible, it can sometimes take 24-48 hours for approval.
